Unlabelled: Medication adherence is of utmost importance in achieving the desired therapeutic outcome and effectively managing seizures in patients with epilepsy (PWE). It is imperative to recognize self-esteem as a psychological determinant that potentially influences the optimal compliance with anti-seizure medications (ASMs) among PWE. The objective of this study was to explore medication adherence and its relationship with self-esteem among individuals diagnosed with epilepsy in Isfahan, Iran.
