Background: Transcranial grayscale neurosonography (NSG) and Doppler studies have major role in diagnosing neonate intracranial pathologies. The aim of the study is to evaluate the role of NSG and Doppler studies in correlation with clinical hypotonia and seizures in preterm neonates and high-risk term neonates.
