Navigating the tourism digital landscape: The interrelationship of online travel sites' affordances, technology readiness, online purchase intentions, trust, and E-loyalty.

This study investigates the relationship between online travel sites' affordances (OTSA), technology readiness (TR), and their impact on tourists' online purchase intentions (OPI), as well as the moderating role of trust on OPI and e-loyalty. The survey was conducted online from September 2022 until November 2022 on 306 participants who were selected purposively. The collected data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Analysis (PLS-SEM).

Intra-Regional Medical Tourism Demand in Malaysia: A Qualitative Study of Indonesian Medical Tourists' Rationale and Preferences.

Background: This study aims to explore the Indonesian tourists' demand for medical tourism services in Malaysia. The study also investigates the Indonesian medical tourists' profiles and their preference for Malaysia for medical treatment services.

Methods: This study conducted interviews with 49 potential patients from Indonesia who received cardiac treatment at the National Heart Institute (IJN) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Airport passengers' adoption behaviour towards self-check-in Kiosk Services: the roles of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and need for human interaction.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors influencing passenger adoption and behaviour of self-service technology (SST) in airports. This study adopted the Theory Acceptance Model (TAM) and extended the model by including the need for human interaction (NI) construct in the study framework.

Design/methodology/approach: The research framework is based on the theoretical concepts of SST usage from the inter-disciplinary field.
