Over a 42-month period, 58 patients presenting at the Singapore General Hospital were identified to have IgG anti-Toxoplasma serotitres of 1:1024 or higher by the indirect immunofluorescence test. This retrospective study examines the clinical presentation and management of these 58 patients.
