Aims And Background: Fostering a positive dental attitude in children to enhance their oral health status and engaging them positively throughout their dental experience is the cornerstone of pediatric dentistry practices. The behavior of the child in a dental setting depends upon their emotional, psychological, and mental developmental state. Children with special health needs tend to have more anxiety than healthy children.

To investigate, we harnessed data from 47 adolescent females who participated in the Psychobiology of Stress and Adolescent Depression (PSY SAD) study to examine how six dimensions of social support related to youths' use of cognitive reappraisal. In addition, we investigated whether lifetime stressor exposure moderated the association between social support and cognitive reappraisal use in this sample.

Evidence has continually found that empathy helps foster therapeutic relationships and is essential in the delivery of quality healthcare. In India, many factors are barriers to empathy for nursing professionals.

Triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index is a relatively new surrogate marker of insulin resistance, which is cost-effective and easily calculated with routine lab tests. Data about association of subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) and insulin resistance, especially with reference to TyG index, is lacking.

IUGR is defined as a rate of fetal growth that is less than normal for the expected growth potential of a specific infant. Fetuses with isolated single umbilical artery are at higher risk of prematurity, IUGR(Intra uterine growth restriction), and intrauterine death. Ayurveda provides a holistic approach towards garbhini paricharya (antenatal care).

The morphogenesis of these cells to form a network is intricately regulated by the mechanical and biochemical properties of the extracellular matrix. Here the effects of modulating these properties in hydrogels derived from phenolated hyaluronic acid (HA-Ph) and phenolated gelatin (Gelatin-Ph) are presented.

Despite poor glycaemic control, there is a practice of increasing the dose of oral anti-diabetics or adding more drugs to the regimen due to the common perception that low endogenous insulin secretion is related to type 1 diabetes mellitus only and patient's poor compliance to injectables. Keeping this perspective in mind, this study was conducted to assess the prevalence of beta cell dysfunction by low serum C-peptide levels and its correlation with poor glycaemic control.

The conventional methods of nanoparticles synthesis led to the production of highly toxic by-products and the use of toxic chemicals that are highly expensive in nature. Thus, the recent past has witnessed a surge in green synthesis of nanoparticles as a sustainable alternative. The present study outlines the biogenic silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) synthesis from an aqueous extract of .

Bisphenol A (BPA) has been reported to produce toxicity on organs in both animal and human studies. Therefore, plastic manufacturers are replacing BPA with other analogues that are considered to be safe, and BPA-free products are now available in the market.

Visual evoked potential (VEP) is a non-invasive electrophysiological test that detects functional disturbances along the visual pathway before the physical signs of diabetic retinopathy (DR) can set in. This longitudinal study is aimed at the assessment of changes in VEP in GDM during different stages of pregnancy and 6-12 weeks after parturition by comparing it with normoglycemic controls.

In the present study, 24-hour blood pressure measurements were taken on the same subject twice, once during his morning and night shifts. Sleep was also monitored by a self-reported sleep diary, which was confirmed with an activity monitor, and the sleep quality was assessed using sleep questionnaires.

Thus, this study was done to determine and compare the drug utilization pattern, prescribed daily dose/defined daily dose (PDD/DDD) defined by WHO, and the cost-effectiveness ratio of different immunosuppressants. Methods and material Prescriptions for patients with skin disorders prescribed with any one systematic or topical immunosuppressant were collected.

Reconstructive options include wedge closure with or without canthotomy/cantholysis and tarsoconjunctival sliding flaps. Defects > 50% of the eyelid margin have traditionally required the two-stage Hughes flap, leaving the patient with monocular vision for 3-6 weeks until pedicle division.

But, most of the existing models are unable to detect x-small and dense objects, due to the futility of feature extraction, and substantial misalignments between anchor boxes and axis-aligned convolution features, which leads to the discrepancy between the categorization score and positioning accuracy. This paper introduces an anchor regenerative-based transformer module in a feature refinement network to solve this problem.

Introduction: The current guidelines on diagnosis and management of new-onset seizures in stroke are not well defined, especially in the Indian setting. Our study aims at providing insight into the hospital prevalence risk of new-onset seizures following ischemic stroke and to correlate seizure risk with the characteristics of stroke and other clinical parameters.
Methods: A total of 127 patients were analyzed for the study where we assessed the clinical severity and the imaging severity of stroke using the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score and Alberta Stroke Program Early CT (ASPECT) score, respectively.
Aim: Electroencephalogram (EEG) is specific, but not sensitive, for the diagnosis of epilepsy. This study aimed to correlate the clinico-electrographic and radiological features of seizure disorders in children attending a tertiary care centre in northern India.
Methods: Children aged between one to 18 years with seizure episodes were included.
This work investigates the generalised time-fractional Cattaneo model. The homotopy perturbation transform technique is used to get the numerical solution of this model. The stability is analysed using the Lyapunov function, also the error analysis is discussed.

However, serious adverse effects due to systemic administration can significantly impact patient quality of life, limiting their success. Oral nanomedicines propose an innovative solution to provide local delivery to inflamed gastrointestinal tissues, thereby limiting systemic exposure and enhancing therapeutic efficacy.

The topic of maternal Chromium (Cr) levels in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) has remained controversial; some studies have found lower levels of Cr in GDM population, whereas others found no significant changes in Cr status in GDM. Therefore, this systematic review and meta-analysis was aimed at qualitatively and quantitatively synthesizing past studies to find the relationship of maternal Cr levels with GDM. The study protocol was registered at International prospective register for systematic reviews (PROSPERO) (ID CRD42021272979).
