This study aims to develop and validate a job satisfaction scale for human resources for health (HRH) who are employed by the Ministry of Health. The scale was developed through a comprehensive literature review, and its validity and reliability were assessed using several psychometric properties, including expert evaluation, a pilot survey, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). A large sample psychometric evaluation was made by all kinds of HRH staff (n = 2122), and the final version of the job satisfaction scale included 25 items.
