A Young Man With Acute Kidney Injury and Uveitis: An Unusual Presentation and Case Report.

Tubulointerstitial nephritis with uveitis (TINU) is an uncommon autoimmune syndrome that involves multiple systems. It usually presents with acute kidney injury (AKI) and unilateral or bilateral uveitis. We present a 15-year-old male, fit and well, who attended emergency room (ER) with a four-month history of epigastric pain associated with nausea, vomiting, and weight loss of 10 kg.
