Objectives: To determine the prevalence and patterns of antibiotic resistance, risk factors, and appropriate empiric therapy for multidrug-resistant (MDRE) urinary tract infections (UTIs) at King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital (KAASH), Taif, Saudi Arabia.
