This research introduces novel concepts in sequence theory, including Bessel convergence, Bessel boundedness, Bessel statistical convergence, and Bessel statistical Cauchy sequences. These concepts establish new inclusion relations and related results within mathematical analysis. Additionally, we extend the first and second Korovkin-type approximation theorems by incorporating Bessel statistical convergence, providing a more robust and comprehensive framework than existing results.

Background: Long-acting injectable cabotegravir and rilpivirine is licensed for individualised treatment of HIV-1 infection in resource-rich settings. Additional evidence is required to support use in African treatment programmes where demographic factors, viral subtypes, previous treatment, and delivery and monitoring approaches differ. The aim of this study was to determine whether switching to long-acting therapy with injections every 8 weeks is non-inferior to daily oral therapy in Africa.

Objective: Expectant management of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) in patients who refuse termination of pregnancy and continue with placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) is possible with multidisciplinary care and careful monitoring in a tertiary care center. Doctors with the relevant expertise in managing PAS use highly accurate ultrasound as a tool to diagnose, monitor, and manage this disorder, which enables them to determine appropriate surgical strategies and techniques to achieve optimum maternal and fetal outcomes with minimal blood loss and no major maternal mortality and morbidity. In this study, we aim to evaluate expectant management in such patients.

We study the monotonicity method to analyse nabla positivity for discrete fractional operators of Riemann-Liouville type based on exponential kernels, where $ \left({}_{{c_0}}^{C{F_R}}\nabla^{\theta} \mathtt{F}\right)(t) > -\epsilon\, \Lambda(\theta-1)\, \bigl(\nabla \mathtt{F}\bigr)(c_{0}+1) $ such that $ \bigl(\nabla \mathtt{F}\bigr)(c_{0}+1)\geq 0 $ and $ \epsilon > 0 $. Next, the positivity of the fully discrete fractional operator is analyzed, and the region of the solution is presented. Further, we consider numerical simulations to validate our theory.

This work deals with the construction and analysis of convexity and nabla positivity for discrete fractional models that includes singular (exponential) kernel. The discrete fractional differences are considered in the sense of Riemann and Liouville, and the υ-monotonicity formula is employed as our initial result to obtain the mixed order and composite results. The nabla positivity is discussed in detail for increasing discrete operators.

This paper deals with studying monotonicity analysis for discrete fractional operators with Mittag-Leffler in kernel. The $ \nu- $monotonicity definitions, namely $ \nu- $(strictly) increasing and $ \nu- $(strictly) decreasing, are presented as well. By examining the basic properties of the proposed discrete fractional operators together with $ \nu- $monotonicity definitions, we find that the investigated discrete fractional operators will be $ \nu^2- $(strictly) increasing or $ \nu^2- $(strictly) decreasing in certain domains of the time scale $ \mathbb{N}_a: = \{a, a+1, \dots\} $.

In this paper, firstly we define the concept of -preinvex fuzzy-interval-valued functions (-preinvex FIVF). Secondly, some new Hermite-Hadamard type inequalities (- type inequalities) for -preinvex FIVFs via fuzzy integrals are established by means of fuzzy order relation. Finally, we obtain Hermite-Hadamard Fejér type inequalities (- Fejér type inequalities) for -preinvex FIVFs by using above relationship.
