Primary fallopian tube cancer in pregnancy is rare and is even more so for the clear cell variant. Our case is the third case of primary fallopian tube cancer in pregnancy and the first case of clear cell adenocarcinoma of the fallopian tube in pregnancy. Objective: To identify risk factors for ectopic pregnancy after in vitro fertilization treatment.

Methods: We conducted a study among women who conceived after IVF treatment and evaluated the possible risk factors for ectopic pregnancy. The parameters evaluated were demographics of the patients, cause of infertility, and risk factors for ectopic pregnancy, including tubal infertility and previous ectopic pregnancy.
