Objective In this study, we aimed to determine the prevalence of dry eye disease (DED) and its related factors among adult patients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Methodology We conducted a cross-sectional study based on a pre-designed, validated questionnaire (the McMonnies questionnaire) at primary healthcare centers in Riyadh in January-May 2019. Participants were classified into two groups: those with and without a diagnosis of DED.
