Enhancing intrusion detection performance using explainable ensemble deep learning.

Given the exponential growth of available data in large networks, the need for an accurate and explainable intrusion detection system has become of high necessity to effectively discover attacks in such networks. To deal with this challenge, we propose a two-phase Explainable Ensemble deep learning-based method (EED) for intrusion detection. In the first phase, a new ensemble intrusion detection model using three one-dimensional long short-term memory networks (LSTM) is designed for an accurate attack identification.

The Use of Splinted Versus Nonsplinted Prosthetic Design in Dental Implants: A Literature Review.

The choice of a splinted or nonsplinted implant-supported prosthesis should be based on solid scientific evidence that considers the conditions and needs of each patient. This review elaborates on the factors that directly influence clinical decisions between splinted or nonsplinted dental implants. Digital and manual searches of the published literature were conducted to identify studies that examined splinted prostheses (SPs) and nonsplinted prostheses (NSPs).

Peroneus longus intra-tendinous ganglion cyst.

Ganglion cysts arising from tendons are uncommon lesions with an unknown cause. We present a case report of a 38-year-old female was diagnosed with an intra-tendinous ganglion cyst of the peroneus longus. She complained of right ankle swelling for 1 year and associated with pain.

Medial talonavicular dislocation with nondisplaced navicular fracture: A case report.

Introduction: Talonavicular dislocation is a rare injury that usually occurs following high-energy trauma. The mechanism of injury is a force of abduction or adduction applied to the forefoot. In this article, we present a rare case of medial talonavicular dislocation with a fracture of the navicular following low-energy trauma.

Treatment of chronic oroantral fistula with platelet-rich fibrin clot and collagen membrane: a case report.

An oroantral fistula is a complication of the maxillary posterior teeth that can occur after a tooth extraction that affects the maxillary sinus. Improper management may lead to a persistent fistula, which may become chronic. In this case report, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) was used with a collagen membrane to close a chronic fistula in a single patient.

Posterior dislocation of a constrained total knee arthroplasty: A case report.

Introduction: Dislocation of the knee after primary total knee arthroplasty is rare in a posterior stabilized knee and extremely rare in a constrained total knee arthroplasty. Constrained total knee prostheses are used for severe knee deformities and to provide stable and mobile knees.

Presentation Of Case: In this case, we describe a dislocation of a primary constrained total knee arthroplasty using the Genesis II (Smith & Nephew, Memphis Tennessee, USA) prosthesis.

International borders share common malaria ecologies, yet neighboring countries are often at different stages of the control-to-elimination pathway. Herein, we present a case study on malaria, and its control, at the border between Saudi Arabia and Yemen.

Multiple fractures in a 22-year-old man after a simple fall.

We present the case of a 22-year-old male with longstanding progressive fatigue, weakness and pain around his hips due to an undiagnosed parathyroid adenoma. The resultant primary hyperparathyroidism ultimately caused pathologic fractures. He was admitted to the hospital for further assessment and excision of the parathyroid adenoma.
