 Smartphones have become an important and vital instrument that all medical students utilize, but the usage of such devices has been found to be connected to sleep disturbances. Tubulointerstitial nephritis with uveitis (TINU) is an uncommon autoimmune syndrome that involves multiple systems. It usually presents with acute kidney injury (AKI) and unilateral or bilateral uveitis.
