Background:  A clinical condition known as chronic otitis media (COM) is characterized by tympanic membrane perforation, varying degrees of hearing loss, and otorrhea that lasts for two to six weeks. COM alone or with cholesteatoma may result in ossicular chain discontinuity and ossicular erosion. The hearing restoration procedure includes repairing the eardrum and building the ossicular chain in ears with damaged ossicles.

Successful Management of a Symptomatic Vallecular Cyst in an Adult: A Case Report.

In adults, vallecular cysts are usually asymptomatic but can present with respiratory and gastrointestinal manifestations. A 45-year-old man presented with a four-month progressive history of dysphonia, dysphagia to solid, snoring, choking, apnea, and aspiration. On examination, the patient was vitally stable with no remarkable local and physical examination.

Orbital Complications of Extensive Allergic Fungal Rhinosinusitis: A Case Report.

Allergic fungal rhinosinusitis is an immunoglobulin E-mediated disease caused by fungal antigens. Orbital complications due to bone erosion by the expanding, mucin-filled sinuses are considered uncommon, but they require immediate intervention. We report a successful management of a complicated case of allergic fungal rhinosinusitis in a 16-year-old female complaining of progressive nasal obstruction for four months, who only sought medical advice after developing proptosis and visual affection.
