For several end-stage diseases, the only treatment option is organ transplantation, but the availability of organs is a challenge. More thorough knowledge and more positive attitudes toward organ donation among university students may encourage greater willingness to donate an organ. Background: Monkeypox outbreaks in non-endemic countries emphasize the importance of being prepared to prevent its progression to a pandemic.
