A case describes repeat lamellar keratoplasty (LKP) as a treatment for positive rim of LKP. As have postulated in the literature, having positive rim is a substantial risk factor for a developing fungal keratitis. Different management approaches of fungal keratitis over a corneal graft have used.

A 55-year-old male presented with reduced vision due to senile cataract. The patient consented to undergo real-time intraoperative anterior segment-optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) during phacoemulsification with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation. Images were captured at various points during the surgery.
