One of the most effective ways to solve the problems caused by the presence of steel implants in the body is to apply a coating to them. This study aims to develop and optimize composite coatings of magnesium oxide (MgO), 58S bioactive glass (BG), and N-carboxymethyl chitosan (N-CMC) on stainless steel (SS316L) substrates using the electrophoretic deposition (EPD) method. This study showed a rare case of Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) with atypical manifestations accompanied by chronic lymphocytic leukemia of B-cell type that underwent chemotherapy and had poor prognosis. In this paper, we study the effect of restoration force caused by the limited size of a small metallic nanoparticle (MNP) on its linear response to the electric field of incident light. In a semi-classical phenomenological Drude-like model for small MNP, we consider restoration force caused by the displacement of conduction electrons with respect to the ionic positive background taking into account a free coefficient as a function of diameter of nanoparticle (NP) in the force term obtained by the idealistic Thomson model in order to adjust the classical approach. All important mechanisms of the energy dissipation such as electron-electron, electron-phonon and electron-NP surface scatterings and radiation are included in the model.

We investigate perturbative thermodynamic geometry of nonextensive ideal classical, Bose, and Fermi gases. We show that the intrinsic statistical interaction of nonextensive Bose (Fermi) gas is attractive (repulsive) similar to the extensive case but the value of thermodynamic curvature is changed by a nonextensive parameter. In contrary to the extensive ideal classical gas, the nonextensive one may be divided to two different regimes.
