Background: Developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) is a common pediatric orthopedic condition. Closed reduction (CR) is the conservative treatment approach with high success rates for DDH. However, avascular necrosis (AVN) is a severe potential complication after this procedure.

We report a case of a 45-year-old, opium-addicted man with bilateral posterior hip dislocation and bilateral femoral head fractures proximal to the fovea with more comminution on the left side. After an unsuccessful closed reduction attempt, surgical reduction and internal fixation of the left and right femoral heads were performed on admission and 72 hours later.

The aim of this study is to evaluate if radiographic angles can be used for clubfoot recurrence prediction.

Nevertheless, there is no unified approach for the managing DRF with coronal shift; therefore, the current study aims to compare the surgical versus conservative approach for the coronal shift due to DRF treatment.
Methods: This is a randomized clinical trial conducted on 50 patients with distal radius fracture (type 1 based on Fernandez Classification of Distal Radius Fractures) with a coronal shift in 2014-17.
Background: Congenital clubfoot is one of the common congenital orthopaedic deformities. Pirani and Dimeglio scoring systems are two classification systems for measuring the severity of the clubfoot. However, the relation between the initial amount of each of these scores and the treatment parameters is controversial.

Purpose: This study aimed to assess the rate of iatrogenic mid-substance superficial medial collateral ligament (sMCL) tear due to the medial pie-crusting technique during varus deformity total knee arthroplasty and compare the knee society score (KSS), range of motion (ROM), and instability rate of the repaired group to the control group with intact sMCL.
Methods: For this retrospective series of prospectively collected data, the multiple needle puncturing technique was performed for 653 out of the 1768 knees during algorithmic medial soft-tissue release. Iatrogenic tear was observed in 35 knees (5%); hence, repair with running locking nonabsorbable braided suture was performed.
Dentures are common accidentally ingested foreign bodies (FBs), especially in the aged population. It is usual for a FB to be swallowed in adults and lodge in the esophagus; however, it is unusual for a denture to remain in esophagus for a period of 9 months without any complication. We present, a 57-year-old deaf mute man swallowed his denture with the chief complaint of dysphagia and odynophagia only after 9 months.

Thus, the aim of this study was to evaluate cardiovascular outcomes of anabolic consumption in body building athletes.
Materials And Methods: Totally, 267 male athletes at the range of 20-45 years old with the regular consumption of anabolic steroids for >2 months with at least once weekly.
Objective: Acute accidental poisoning in children is still an important public health problem. The epidemiological investigation specific for each country is necessary to determine the extent and characteristics of the problem. The aim of our study was to elucidate the current pattern of acute poisoning among children.
