Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a common disease with significant effects on the quality of life. Infection was previously a common cause of rhino sinusitis, while nowadays its main cause is inflammation. Non-polyposis CRS patients who were resistant to medical treatment and underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in Ghaem and Imam Reza hospitals were studied from December 2008 to November 2009.

Introduction: Disorders of the nose and paranasal sinuses are among the most common chronic illnesses.
