Statement Of The Problem: Endodontic materials that are placed in direct contact with living tissues should be biocompatible. The cytotoxicity of Nano Fast Cement (NFC) compared to ProRoot Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (ProRoot MTA) must be evaluated.
Purpose: This study aimed to assess the cytotoxic effects of NFC in comparison to ProRoot MTA on L-929 mouse fibroblast cells.
Introduction: This study aimed to evaluate the cyclic fatigue resistance of two single file engine-driven instruments, Reciproc and NeoNiTi, in simulated root canals.
Methods And Materials: Two groups of 15 NiTi endodontic instruments with an identical tip size of 0.25 mm were tested: Reciproc R25 (group A) and NeoNiTi A1 (group B).
Careful understanding of internal anatomy of root canal system is crucial for successful endodontic treatment. The presence of two palatal canals in maxillary second molar is unusual but noteworthy as an aid to appropriate diagnosis and treatment. This paper reported a case of a maxillary right second molar with two root canals in the palatal root.

Effective tissue hemostasis in periapical surgical site is important in the procedures. Plants with large amount of tannins may act as a local hemostatic agent. We aimed to compare the hemostatic effect of the extract of Quercus persica with one of the common hemostatic material used in periapical surgery.

- A study was conducted in Shiraz to assess General Dental Practitioners' (GDPs) knowledge of antibiotic prescriptions during endodontic treatments, with a total of 93 out of 200 dentists responding to a questionnaire.
- Results showed that only 29% of the dentists had full knowledge of the antibiotic protocols, with Amoxicillin being the most commonly prescribed, highlighting a need for further education among practitioners.
The success of endodontic therapy requires knowledge of the internal and external dental anatomy and its variations in presentation. This case report involves endodontic treatment of a traumatized maxillary central incisor with two separate roots.
