Background: Achieving dorsal augmentation with onlay grafts presents several challenges. Visibility and warping of grafted cartilages can ruin an otherwise successful operation. A shortage of septal cartilage and rib donor site morbidity compound the problems associated with this procedure.

Background: Hirschsprung's disease is the most common cause of pediatric intestinal obstruction. Contrast enema is used for evaluation of the patients with its diagnosis.

Aim: To evaluate sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of radiologic findings for diagnosis of Hirschsprung in patients underwent barium enema.

Unlabelled: The aim of the study was to compare the results of tracheostomy of the site of stenosis and repeated RB & D in previously published papers.

Material And Methods: This prospective study examined the treatment of tracheal stenosis with tracheostomy at the site of stenosis. The recurrence rates, duration of hospitalization before and after tracheal resection, the number of tracheal rings removed, prognosis,and complications were evaluated.
