Online learning is becoming more and more popular than traditional learning, and the need to investigate its influence within the framework of instruction and learning domains is - in today's emerging, cutting-edge technology world - an academic trend. The current study's problem intends to explore the impact of virtual versus traditional learning on the academic achievement of EFL students, a subject that has garnered substantial attention from English Language Teaching (ELT) researchers. This study aims to clarify if EFL students' academic progress in a listening skills classroom is influenced by traditional or online learning.

Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is a technique that can be performed through multiple approaches, and the benefits of one approach over another are still being evaluated to make sure patients receive the best possible care. Our meta-analysis aims to compare clinical and procedural outcomes of the transaxillary (TAx) and transaortic (TAo) approaches to validate the more optimal procedure. The systematic literature search was done via PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, and the Cochrane Central databases from inception to December 2021, to identify articles reporting data on both TAx TAVR and TAo TAVR.

Swine Flu: Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices Survey of Medical and Dental Students of Karachi.

Introduction Pakistan is extremely susceptible to an influenza outbreak, as it shares borders with the most affected countries, namely China and India. The medical and dental students come into direct contact with the affected population and should be aware of the risk factors and signs and symptoms pertaining to swine influenza virus (SIV). Hence, this survey was conducted to assess the knowledge, perceptions and self-care practices of the medical and dental students with regards to this pandemic.

Prevalence and Predictors of Depression Amongst Hypertensive Individuals in Karachi, Pakistan.

Objective: While studies evaluating the prevalence of depression and hypertension have been extensively carried out in high income countries, there is a paucity of information assessing the prevalence of depression within hypertensive patients in low income nations. The primary objective of this study was to investigate the prevalence of undiagnosed depression in hypertensive patients within a tertiary care facility in Karachi, Pakistan. The secondary objective was to assess factors associated with undiagnosed depression in this group.
