- * The study involved 200 patients in Iran with confirmed psoriasis, excluding those with severe psychological disorders, to assess the impact of psoriasis on psychological parameters using questionnaires and the Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI).
- * Findings showed that patients with genital psoriasis had the worst illness perception, while those with nail involvement had the best; there was a notable correlation between psychological vulnerability and both illness perception and coping strategies.
