Osteoporosis is a widespread chronic condition. Although standard treatments are generally effective, they are frequently constrained by side effects and the risk of developing drug resistance. A promising area of research is the investigation of extracellular vesicles (EVs), including exosomes, microvesicles, and apoptotic bodies, which play a crucial role in bone metabolism.

Investigating the association of the lifestyle of pregnant women with the rate of preterm labor.

Introduction: From a long time ago, preterm birth has posed life-threatening risks due to the significant complications it causes. The present study aimed to examine how the lifestyle of pregnant women is related to the incidence of preterm birth.

Materials And Methods: For this cohort study, a total of 234 individuals with healthy and unhealthy lifestyles who visited the women's clinics of Azad University hospitals during the year 2021 were randomly selected to participate.

Evaluation of the effect of biofeedback in women with urinary and fecal incontinence referring to the hospitals of Islamic Azad university of medical sciences, Tehran branch, Iran (2021).

Background And Purpose: Urinary incontinence (URIN) and fecal incontinence (FEIN) are common in women, which affect various aspects of their daily life and general health. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of biofeedback (BFB) in women with urinary and FEIN referring to the hospitals of Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences, Tehran branch, Iran (2021).

Materials And Methods: This research was a cohort study that was conducted on 100 women with urinary and FEIN who were referred to selected hospitals of the Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences, Tehran branch.

Evaluation of Efficacy of Fosfomycin for the Treatment of Patients with Lower Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs).

Until now, there have been few investigations on the efficacy of fosfomycin in the treatment of patients with uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs). The present study is aimed to examine how fosfomycin affects females with lower UTIs. A total of 200 female patients who visited the women's clinic at Amir-Al-Momenin Hospital between 2020 and 2021 were examined in the present study.

An Evaluation of the Effect of Lifestyle on the Incidence of Endometriosis.

Although endometriosis is prevalent among women of reproductive age, the risk factors or indicators associated with its development have remained mostly unknown. The present study aimed at evaluating the effect of lifestyle on the incidence of endometriosis. In this observational investigation, which adopted a case-control design, a total of 264 participants, comprising 132 patients with endometriosis and 132 individuals without that disease, were selected and evaluated.

A survey of public restrooms microbial contamination in Tehran city, capital of Iran, during 2019.

Introduction: Daily use of public restrooms may have a significant impact on spreading infectious diseases. Human society could be affected by spreading of transitional infectious diseases through feces, urinary tract infection and poor personal hygiene. According to the World Health Organization reports, plenty of people's developed diseases caused by contaminated public restrooms that may result in severe health problems.

Prediction of internet addiction based on information literacy among students of Iran University of Medical Sciences.

Background: A considerable group of internet users consists of university users; however, despite internet benefits and capabilities, internet overuse is a threat to societies especially to young people and students.

Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the predictive role of information literacy in internet addiction among students of Iran University of Medical Sciences during 2016.

Methods: This analytical cross-sectional study was conducted in Iran University of Medical Sciences in 2016.
