Papillary Carcinoma in Struma Ovarii: A Radiological Dilemma.

Struma ovarii is a very rare tumour of the ovary, which is usually benign. It is a solid cystic swelling of the ovary, which is characterised by the presence of histologically detectable thyroid tissue. Confirmatory diagnosis is usually on histopathology after resection of the tumour.
