Job satisfaction improves the outcome of health care services. Nurses' job satisfaction should receive more attention in Saudi Arabia, and worldwide. This study was undertaken to measure factors that affect job satisfaction among critical care nurses at King Khalid Hospital in Saudi Arabia.
