Awareness of the clinical signs of this syndrome is crucial for accurate localization of the lesion and guiding further investigations. We report a case of nine syndrome presenting with signs of one-and-a-half syndrome, ipsilateral facial nerve palsy, hemiataxia, and hemiparesis.
