Endometriosis is defined as the presence of endometrial glands and stroma outside the uterine cavity. Endometriosis may involve a wide spectrum of anatomic locations, but it typically involves pelvic locations. We report the case of a 45-year-old woman who presented with a history of abdominal pain and swelling.
