Background: Multiple therapeutic approaches are usually required when treating atrophic acne scars. Subcision was reported to be of value in improving rolling scars. Objectives: We sought to compare the benefit of propranolol and captopril in the treatment of IH, and to assess angiotensin-converting enzyme gene polymorphism in patients with IH and in control subjects.
