Oral Immune-Related Adverse Events - Current Concepts and their Management.

Recent advent of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have made significant improvement in the treatment outcome of cancer patients. They are also known to increase the overall survival in many malignancies. They target key immune checkpoints, acting on the cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4, programmed death-1 (PD-1), and PD-1 ligand 1 pathways.

Oral Equilibrium in Cachexia.

Oral cancer, a part of head-and-neck cancer (HNC), is associated with a high risk of cancer-associated weight loss causing cachexia which is still an understudied illness. Cachexia is a host-phagocytic syndrome caused by the multiple factors, resulting in the severity of heterogenic fashion. For the current review, a bibliographic search was done in PubMed and other databases for the English articles published from the year 1980 to 2021.
