Endoscopic management of third ventricular colloid cysts in mildly dilated lateral ventricles.

Colloid cysts of the third ventricle are considered as benign lesions. The clinical manifestations are not clear in most of cases. Many treatment options are available and endoscopic removal of the cysts proves to be a very successful method especially if the lateral ventricles are moderately or severely dilated.
