Chronic myelogenous leukemia is a myeloproliferative neoplasm characterized by the BCR-ABL1 fusion gene and the development of the Philadelphia chromosome, which leads to an increase in granulocytes and bone marrow myeloid precursors in the blood, it can lead to many possible complications depending on the disease stage at the time of diagnosis. The Morel-Lavallée lesion (MLL) is a closed traumatic soft-tissue degloving injury, that results from the separation of the hypodermis from the underlying fascia, with resultant hemo-lymphatic fluid collection between the tissue layers. Immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is a blood disorder in which antibodies coating platelets cause platelets destruction in the spleen with resultant low platelets count and an increased tendency for bleeding. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an illness caused by SARS-COV2; it was first identified in December/2019; though it mainly affects the respiratory system, multisystemic complications are identified. Several ITP cases post mRNA SARS-CoV-2 vaccines were reported, and different pathophysiology theories about the underlying pathophysiology were discussed, but only a few ITP relapse cases have been reported so far.

BACKGROUND Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) are currently an important targeted drug class in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Imatinib was the first approved TKI for CML in 2001. Nilotinib is a second-generation TKI, approved in 2007; it inhibits BCR-ABL, PDGFR, and c-KIT, and is 30 times more potent than imatinib.

Objective: This study aims to investigate the association between intraluminal uterine hypodensity and uterine malignancy and establish thresholds that would minimize routine gynecological evaluation.

Methods: Two groups were recruited retrospectively: cancer group, which comprised 32 sequential endometrial cancer patients, and postmenopausal group, which comprised 63 women, with no known gynecologic malignancy. Two radiologists independently measured hypodensity, transversely in the axial plane and anterioposteriorly in the sagittal plane.
