Background: The transition from school to adult life is challenging for young people with intellectual disability. The study aimed to explore how young people with intellectual disability themselves experience the transition from school to adult life.
Methods: A co-designed, qualitative study.

Aims: We aimed to evaluate the safety of coronary revascularisation deferral based on QFR as compared with FFR.
Background: Fractional flow reserve (FFR) or non-hyperaemic pressure ratios are recommended to assess functional relevance of intermediate coronary stenosis. Both diagnostic methods require the placement of a pressure wire in the coronary artery during invasive coronary angiography. Quantitative flow ratio (QFR) is an angiography-based computational method for the estimation of FFR that does not require the use of pressure wires.

We hypothesized that milking cows twice per day in early lactation before milking them 3 times per day for the remaining lactation would cause less fat mobilization in early lactation, a lower peak milk yield but improved persistency throughout lactation compared with milking cows 3 times per day for the entire lactation. ATP8A2 is a mammalian P4-ATPase (flippase) that translocates the negatively charged lipid substrate phosphatidylserine from the exoplasmic leaflet to the cytoplasmic leaflet of cellular membranes. Using an electrophysiological method based on solid supported membranes, we investigated the electrogenicity of specific reaction steps of ATP8A2 and explored a potential phospholipid translocation pathway involving residues with positively charged side chains. Changes to the current signals caused by mutations show that the main electrogenic event occurs in connection with the release of the bound phosphatidylserine to the cytoplasmic leaflet and support the hypothesis that the phospholipid interacts with specific lysine and arginine residues near the cytoplasmic border of the lipid bilayer during the translocation and reorientation required for insertion into the cytoplasmic leaflet.

In addition, a signal that increased mortality may be specific to women treated with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) requires further investigation.
Methods: Nordic-Baltic-British left main revascularization study (NOBLE) was a randomized trial comparing PCI to coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG) in patients with LMCA disease.
