This study uses the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities Research Framework to analyze factors influencing CRC screening uptake among individuals aged 44-54 years and identifies how gaps in knowledge intersect with screening barriers, particularly as they relate to the health care system and sociocultural environment.
