In forensic psychology, recommendations that courts request when granting one of the parents the right of child upbringing after a divorce pose a problem for the person who is required to give such expert judgment. The authors describe the difficult situation he faces when having to decide for and, at the same time, against one of the parents. A good knowledge of family psychology and pathopsychology is essential, and for drawing up the expertise and stating his reasons, the expert requires methodical resources.

In a dental-psychological investigation 100 young adults, aged 18-25, characterized by different courses of education, were subject to a standardized interview, action oriented diagnostics and dental examination. Knowledge, behaviour as well as state of oral health were different and in all did not come up to our expectations; but there were some correlations. It is indicated to optimize knowledge, behaviour and state of oral health by means of individual and collective measures taking educational specifics into consideration.

The study was performed to found to what extent parents use the ability to verbalize their own feelings and the emotional status of their children that they received during training courses in actual family interaction situations. The Rorschach and Behn-Rohrschach tests were used to simulate family interactions, each family involved in the study having to reach agreement on a common interpretation. The discussions this led to were tape recorded and scored according to defined criteria.

The advice of parents is one of the most realized methods to mediate new behaviour to parents in Children Neuropsychiatry. The investigation is to check effectivity of advice. Parents were advised in groups about effective conflict-solving behaviour on the base of talk-therapy.

200 normal pupils were tested, to discover mental defects by HAWIK IQ less than or equal to 84. All tested pupils were treated stationary for psychosocial disorders. 37 mental defects were demonstrable.

The design, characteristics, and use of a process of determining the concentration power of unschoolable, but furtherable children and juveniles are reported. Diagnostically relevant quality criteria were determined and verified by tests of eighty-five children and juveniles. Standard values were not found.
