Abstract: Cardiac papillary fibroelastoma is a rare and benign endocardial tumor typically found on the aortic valve. The simultaneous occurrence of rheumatic heart disease affecting the mitral valve and papillary fibroelastoma on the aortic valve is infrequent, with limited documented instances.
