Background: Road traffic accidents(RTA) are a major public health problem worldwide, accounting for almost 1.24 million deaths per year and it is the number one cause of death among those aged group 15-29 years. The comprehensive functional, communicative, and critical health literacy questionnaire was used to measure diabetic health literacy.
