Asymptomatic endometrial cancer with Lynch syndrome; in a woman with primary infertility-A case report and literature review.

Lynch syndrome, also called hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer, is an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by germline pathogenic mutations in DNA mismatch repair genes-resulting in increased susceptibility to colorectal, endometrial, and other tumors. This case report presents an incidental finding of endometrial cancer with Lynch syndrome during investigation for primary infertility. A 34-year-old woman presented to the fertility clinic with unexplained primary infertility.

Levels of physical activity and barriers to sport participation in young people with gender dysphoria.

Objectives: To determine the levels of physical activity (PA) in young people with gender dysphoria (GD) and help identify factors which deter participation.

Methods: Fifty-six young people who attended paediatric endocrinology because of GD, June to October 2019, and were on treatment with gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogue were approached to participate in a survey.

Results: A total of 55 young people (98%) responded to the survey.

Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) is a skeletal disorder characterised by a predisposition to recurrent fractures and bone deformities. Clinically OI is defined by features such as short stature, however, less is known regarding body composition. Assess body composition, both lean mass and fat mass, in a paediatric OI population.
