Introduction: Clinically amyopathic dermatomyositis (CADM) with anti-melanoma differentiation-associated gene 5 (MDA5) antibody (Ab) with rapidly progressive interstitial lung disease (RP-ILD) is often refractory for intensive immunosuppression.
