Purpose: Radiotherapy of liver malignancies shows promising results (radioembolization, stereotactic irradiation, interstitial brachytherapy). Regardless of the route of application, a certain amount of nontumorous liver parenchyma will be collaterally damaged by radiation. The functional reserve may be significantly reduced with an impact on further treatment planning.

In this paper, we present a case of a female patient diagnosed as having peritoneal disseminated angiosarcoma 20 years after ovarian cancer treatment (surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy). The case was very atypical because of an extremely rare peritoneal location and disseminated nature of the changes.

Prolapse or expansion of the mucocele into the nose may lead to respiratory distress and difficulty in feeding. The triad of cystic medial canthal mass, dilatation of the nasolacrimal duct and a contiguous sub-mucosal nasal mass on computed tomography (CT) is indicative in the diagnosis of CNDM.
