The ICARUS collaboration employed the 760-ton T600 detector in a successful 3-year physics run at the underground LNGS laboratory, performing a sensitive search for LSND-like anomalous appearance in the CERN Neutrino to Gran Sasso beam, which contributed to the constraints on the allowed neutrino oscillation parameters to a narrow region around 1 eV. After a significant overhaul at CERN, the T600 detector has been installed at Fermilab. In 2020 the cryogenic commissioning began with detector cool down, liquid argon filling and recirculation.

Purpose: To develop machine learning models to predict para-aortic lymph node (PALN) involvement in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC) before chemoradiotherapy (CRT) using F-FDG PET/CT and MRI radiomics combined with clinical parameters.

Methods: We retrospectively collected 178 patients (60% for training and 40% for testing) in 2 centers and 61 patients corresponding to 2 further external testing cohorts with LACC between 2010 to 2022 and who had undergone pretreatment analog or digital F-FDG PET/CT, pelvic MRI and surgical PALN staging. Posterior circulation strokes are responsible for about 20-25% of all ischemic strokes. Recognition and diagnosis of posterior circulation strokes or transient ischemic attacks is more difficult than that of other stroke types, being frequently misdiagnosed in acute setting/emergency evaluation - up to more than three times as often as anterior circulation strokes. The Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) will be a powerful tool for a variety of physics topics. The high-intensity proton beams provide a large neutrino flux, sampled by a near detector system consisting of a combination of capable precision detectors, and by the massive far detector system located deep underground. This configuration sets up DUNE as a machine for discovery, as it enables opportunities not only to perform precision neutrino measurements that may uncover deviations from the present three-flavor mixing paradigm, but also to discover new particles and unveil new interactions and symmetries beyond those predicted in the Standard Model (SM).

However, many diseases manifest with clear evidence of physiological and network abnormality in the absence of anatomical changes, raising the question of whether organoids possess sufficient neural network complexity to model these conditions. Functional imaging allows the evaluation of numerous biological properties that could be considered at all steps of the therapeutic management of patients treated with brachytherapy.
