Objective: The aim: Aim of study is to assess the influence of urgent reperfusion strategy on the levels of vWf, PAI-1 and sCD40L in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and concomitant diabetes mellitus type 2 (DM2).

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: 255 patients with acute myocardial infarction took part in the study, they were divided into four groups depending on the presence of concomitant diabetes mellitus type 2 and performed treatment: I group - 83 diabetic patients who were underwent urgent reperfusion therapy; II group - 60 diabetic patients who received standard anticoagulant therapy; III group - 65 non-diabetic patients who were underwent urgent reperfusion therapy; IV group - 47 non-diabetic patients who received standard anticoagulant therapy. The levels of von Willebrand factor, PAI-1 and sCD40L were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.

Aim of study ‒ assess an impact of percutaneous coronary intervention on markers of matrix degradation (MMP-13, TIMP-4) and endothelial-dependent mediators (sVE-cadherin, ADMA) in patients with acute myocardial infarction and diabetes mellitus type 2. 110 patients with AMI were enrolled in the study, 70 patients had concomitant diabetes mellitus type 2. They were additionally divided into two subgroups depending on the treatment (percutaneous coronary intervention or conservative therapy).

Objective: The aim: To evaluate the levels of plasminogen activator type 1 inhibitor, asymmetric dimethylarginine and endothelial nitric oxide synthase on day 10-14 in patients, depending on the presence or absence of concomitant type 2 diabetes and the type of reperfusion therapy.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The study involved 130 patients with acute myocardial infarction, divided into 2 groups: Group 1 consisted of patients with acute myocardial infarction with type 2 diabetes mellitus (n = 73), Group 2 comprised patients with acute type 2 diabetes mellitus (n = 57). The quantitative content of IAP-1 was determined by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay using a commercial test system manufactured by Technoclone PAI-1 ELISA Kit (Austria), NOS - Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) Kit for Nitric Oxide Synthase Endothelial (NOS) ADMA ELISA Kit (Austria).

The combination of cardiac pathology and metabolic disorders, namely type 2 diabetes mellitus, is one of the most frequent comorbid pathologies and the main cause of death from cardiovascular complications at an early stage of the disease. Despite the wide range of antithrombogenic measures, prevention of thrombotic complications of acute myocardial infarction remains an urgent problem of cardiology. The study involved examination of 73 patients with acute myocardial infarction with concomitant type 2 diabetes mellitus, who were distributed into clusters according to severity by the main indices of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism using hierarchical analysis.
