This study aimed to investigate the expression of microRNAs (miRNAs) -146b-3p, -221-5p, -222-3p, and -21a-3p and the methylation pattern of the thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor () gene in blood plasma samples from papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) patients before and after thyroidectomy compared to healthy controls (HCs).
