We report a patient with a brain metastasis from an alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS) of the thigh whose visual field defect was resolved in a stepwise manner after preoperative embolization and tumor resection. A 29-year-old man who had undergone surgery to remove an ASPS situated in the thigh developed headaches and homonymous hemianopsia. His visual field defect was evaluated using a Goldmann perimeter.

A case of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) resulting from a ruptured intracranial dissecting aneurysm of the internal carotid artery (ICA) is reported. A 58-year-old woman presented with headache and vomiting. A CT showed diffuse SAH.

A case is reported of a patient with simultaneous subdural hematoma and intracerebral hemorrhage associated with a ruptured intracranial mycotic aneurysm. A 65-year-old woman, with a history of low grade fever for over a month, presented with disturbance of consciousness. A CT showed bilateral acute subdural hematomas and parenchymal hematomas in the occipital lobes.
