Background: Despite the significant increase in omega-6 fatty acid consumption, evidence regarding their health impacts remains inconsistent. This study performs an umbrella review and updated meta-analysis to evaluate the association between dietary and circulating omega-6 levels and the risks of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), cancer, and mortality.
Methods: A systematic search was conducted in PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science until January 2024 to identify eligible meta-analyses of prospective observational studies.
Background & Aims: Sarcopenia, characterized by the loss of muscle mass and strength, is a significant concern in cirrhotic patients. Nutritional interventions have been explored for its management, but the comparative efficacy of these interventions remains unclear. This study synthesizes current evidence to evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional interventions for sarcopenia in cirrhosis.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to summarize, based on data from randomized clinical trials (RCTs), the impact of nonsurgical interventions for adults' weight loss maintenance.
Data Sources: The Medline (PubMed), Scopus, and Web of Science databases were reviewed during June 2023.
Aims: This study aimed to clarify the effectiveness of tart cherries on anthropometric, lipid, and glycemic indices. We also aimed to clarify the appropriate dosage for this effect and suggest directions for future studies.
Methods: PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science were searched until May 2022.
Context: Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and preeclampsia (PE) are commonly observed medical complications in pregnancy. Dietary total fat and fatty acids associated with GDM and PE risk have been examined in several epidemiological studies. In some instances, systematic reviews and meta-analyses might provide more accurate dietary recommendations.
