We evaluated the effectiveness in inducing HBsAg seroclearance in a real-world clinical cohort of Chinese patients with CHB treated with a combination of pegylated interferon (Peg-IFN) with tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) or monotherapy with each agent.
