Clinical efficacy of tension-free vaginal tape-ischiopubic ramus versus transobturator tension-free vaginal tape in the management of female stress urinary incontinence.

Background: Stress urinary incontinence (SUI), a prevalent condition among middle-aged and elderly women in China, is characterized by the involuntary leakage of urine during instances of increased abdominal pressure [1]. Although SUI is not life-threatening, it substantially impacts patients' physical and psychological well-being, impairs their social interactions, and diminishes their overall quality of life.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy of tension-free vaginal tape-ischiopubic ramus (TVT-IR) and transobturator tension-free vaginal tape (TVT-O) in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI).

[Scrotoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of testicular and epididymal diseases: Analysis of 39 cases].

Objective: To investigate the efficiency, safety and clinical application value of scrotoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of testicular and epididymal diseases.

Methods: A total of 39 patients with testicular or epididymal diseases underwent scrotoscopic surgery in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2018. We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data, results of surgery, and postoperative scrotal pain scores, complications and recurrence.

Objective: To investigate the influence of single-port laparoscopic percutaneous extraperitoneal closure (LPEC) on the orientation of the vas deferens and the volume and perfusion of the testis in pediatric patients undergoing inguinal hernia repair.

Methods: A total of 92 consecutively enrolled boys diagnosed with unilateral inguinal hernia underwent single-port LPEC between June 2013 and June 2014. The orientation of the vas deferens and the testicular volume and perfusion of the patients were ultrasonographically assessed preoperatively and at 1 and 6 months after surgery.

Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephroureterectomy with distal and intramural ureter resection for a tuberculous non - functional kidney.

Objective: To evaluate the safety and feasibility of total retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephroureterectomy with urinary-bladder junction resection for a tuberculous non-functional kidney.

Materials And Methods: A total of 27 individuals diagnosed with unilateral non-functional kidney secondary to tuberculosis were treated between June 2011 and June 2015. All patients had normal renal function on the contralateral side and underwent the standard four-drug anti-tuberculosis treatment for at least four weeks before surgery.

We found that the number of institutions made use of the undocumented in vitro diagnostic reagent in the survey. The phenomenon poses some risks and problems. In use this paper, we analyzed the situation and the reasons for the use of the undocumented in vitro diagnostic reagents, and put forward the corresponding measures.

Probing into the binding interaction between medroxyprogesterone acetate and bovine serum albumin (BSA): spectroscopic and molecular docking methods.

To further understand the mechanism of action and pharmacokinetics of medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA), the binding interaction of MPA with bovine serum albumin (BSA) under simulated physiological conditions (pH 7.4) was studied using fluorescence emission spectroscopy, synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy, circular dichroism and molecular docking methods. The experimental results reveal that the fluorescence of BSA quenches due to the formation of MPA-BSA complex.
