Chest pain is not uncommon among young patients below the age of 35 years, however, it is rarely caused by acute coronary syndrome. The rarity of coronary artery occlusion in this population can easily lead to diagnostic mistakes. The authors present the case history of a 19-year-old young female, who was admitted to the emergency department of a local hospital due to the sudden onset of chest pain and malaise.

Aims: The aim of this study was to determine the predictive value of some histological and immuno-histochemical parameters based on repeated biopsies taken from prostate carcinoma patients.
Background: Apoptosis is one of the major events following total androgen blockade (TAB). The aim of this study was to determine the predictive value of some histological parameters including apoptosis and gene products which influence apoptosis, based on repeated biopsies taken from the same patients.
Methods: At the time of diagnosis by needle biopsy TNM stage, serum PSA, Gleason's grade, apoptotic and mitotic index, Ki67, p53, and bcl(2) expression were investigated in 60 prostate carcinoma patients.

The tumor was localized in the endobronchial space in 7 cases and only once in the trachea. Endobronchial localization, together with the involvement of the surrounding lung tissue, was found in two cases, whereas in 8 patients, the tumor was found exclusively in the lung parenchyma.

In seven cases tumour was located endobronchially and in one patient in the trachea.

Authors report on the long time (in average 12 years, range: 5-36 years) follow-up results of 5 cases of adamantinoma, localized on the tibia. In one case recurrence was found very late, 20 and 36 years after the primary wide resection, and resection was repeatedly performed. Because of problems of differential diagnosis in one case the tumor was excised intralesionally (curettage + plasty with cancellous bone).
