Radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) is the preferred technique for the treatment of atrial fibrillation, but the recovery of electrical conduction after ablation seriously endangers the health of patients. This study aimed to develop reactive oxygen species (ROS) responsive double-locked liposome collaborative photodynamic therapy (PDT) to target the ablation area and reduce the recovery of electrical conduction after ablation. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein AB (hnRNPAB) is considered a cancer-promoting heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein in many cancers, but its function in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is poorly understood. hnRNPAB was highly expressed in PDAC tissues compared with normal pancreatic tissues, and high expression of hnRNPAB was associated with poor overall survival and recurrence-free survival in patients with PDAC. hnRNPAB promotes migration and invasion of PDAC cells in vitro.

In this work, 0.75 wt ‰ 2,3-pyridinedicarboxylic anhydride (PDA) as a novel dopant was utilized to obtain modified graphitic carbon nitride with ultratrace doping (3MCN-PDA) by facile thermal polymerization. Although it is well established that nitrogen (N) deficiency induces leaf senescence, the molecular mechanism of N deficiency-induced leaf senescence remains largely unknown. Here, we show that an abscisic acid (ABA)-responsive NAC transcription factor (TF) is involved in N deficiency-induced leaf senescence. For the first time, a simple, quick, sensitive, and low cost method for quantification of perchlorate in honey using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed. Through freezing-assisted sugaring-out liquid-liquid extraction, one-step simultaneous extraction and clean-up of perchlorate from honey were perfectly achieved. Glucose and fructose, the most abundant sugars in honey, were almost completely removed from the extract without use of any clean-up materials.

Study Question: Is the chromosome copy number of the trophectoderm (TE) of a human reconstituted embryos after spindle transfer (ST) representative of the inner cell mass (ICM)?

Summary Answer: Single-cell multi-omics sequencing revealed that ST blastocysts have a higher proportion of cell lineages exhibiting intermediate mosaicism than conventional ICSI blastocysts, and that the TE of ST blastocysts does not represent the chromosome copy number of ICM.

What Is Known Already: Preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) assumes that TE biopsies are representative of the ICM, but the TE and ICM originate from different cell lineages, and concordance between TE and ICM is not well-studied, especially in ST embryos.

Study Design, Size, Duration: We recruited 30 infertile women who received treatment at our clinic and obtained 45 usable blastocysts (22 from conventional ICSI and 23 reconstituted embryos after ST).

The effect of the cross-linking mechanism and functional properties of soy glycinin (11S)-potato starch (PS) complexes was investigated in this study. The results showed that the binding effecting and spatial network structure of 11S-PS complexes via heated-induced cross-linking were adjusted by biopolymer ratios. In particular, 11S-PS complexes with the biopolymer ratios of 2:15, had a strongest intermolecular interaction through hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic force.
