Background: Shenghui Decoction (SHD) is a frequently utilized traditional Chinese medicine formula in clinical settings for addressing cognitive impairment in elderly individuals. Nevertheless, the precise mechanism by which SHD exerts its effects on the most prevalent form of dementia, Alzheimer's disease (AD), remains to be elucidated.
Methods: Temperature-induced transgenic C.

Purpose: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common disease with high prevalence, high mortality and high costs across the globe. Small airways are major sites contributing to airway resistance and the small airway disorder (SAD) is frequently implicated in early-stage COPD. Smoking is recognized as the leading cause of COPD and SAD.

Background: Respiratory infectious diseases (RIDs) are a global public health problem, characterized by strong infectivity, high transmissibility, and a high incidence in the population. This study aimed to explore RID prevention behaviors among older adults and analyze their influencing factors.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted to examine RID prevention behaviors among 2219 Chinese older adults.
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the potential inflammatory cytokines and chemokines markers for temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis (TMJOA) diagnosis using a bioinformatics analysis.
Methods: The differentially expressed genes of mRNA (DEGs) and transcripts of lncRNA (DETs) were identified between TMJOA samples and normal controls curated from GSE205389 by the "DESeq. 2" R package.
Postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) is a common complication in patients who undergo anesthesia in different types of surgeries. Emerging evidence implicates elevated beta-amyloid (Aβ) in the pathogenesis of POCD. Meanwhile, Dexmedetomidine (DEX) has recently shown promise in reducing POCD incidence.

The gold standard to measure arterial health is vasodilation in response to nitric oxide. Vasodilation is generally measured via pressure myography of arteries isolated from animal models. However, animal arteries can be difficult to obtain and may have limited relevance to human physiology.

The government and consumers' roles in SOEs' social value cocreation system cannot be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the tripartite social value cocreation model involving the government, SOEs, and consumers.

Materials And Methods: The maxillary molar intrusion measurement system included a maxillary acrylic model, TPA, TSADs, and a three-dimensional Force/Moment (F/M) sensor. The intrusion patterns were categorized into six groups: buccal-mesial, buccal-distal, buccal-mesiodistal, palatal-mesial, palatal-distal, and palatal-mesiodistal.
Background: E-pharmacy has gained popularity as an increasingly utilized platform for accessing healthcare services online. However, its adoption exhibits regional variations and necessitates improvement in certain aspects. Guided by the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) and Trust theory, this research explores the pivotal role of information literacy in influencing attitudes, perceived control, word of mouth, and trust.

Methods: This study was conducted according to the PRISMA 2020 statement guidelines. The PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases were searched.
The pericellular matrix (PCM) is the immediate microniche surrounding resident cells in various tissue types, regulating matrix turnover, cell-matrix cross-talk and disease initiation. This study elucidated the structure-mechanical properties and mechanobiological functions of the PCM in fibrocartilage, a family of connective tissues that sustain complex tensile and compressive loads in vivo. Studying the murine meniscus as the model tissue, we showed that fibrocartilage PCM contains thinner, random collagen fibrillar networks that entrap proteoglycans, a structure distinct from the densely packed, highly aligned collagen fibers in the bulk extracellular matrix (ECM).

The objective of this study was to investigate the role of β-arrestin2 in the development of TMJOA at the early stage and the underlying mechanism.

Comprehending these variables is imperative to maximize service provision, elevate customer satisfaction, and ultimately elevate healthcare accessibility and results.
Objective(s): The main goal of this study is to explore the factors that shape consumers' inclination to use E-Pharmacy services, focusing on the framework provided by the Technology Acceptance Model.
Background: A few studies have reported the medium-sized and small airway morphological abnormalities of bronchiolitis. Whether spirometry or impulse oscillometry (IOS) is correlated with airway remodeling of bronchiolitis remains unclear.
Objectives: Aiming to demonstrate the airway morphological abnormalities of bronchiolitis obliterans (BO) and diffuse panbronchiolitis (DPB) assessed by endobronchial optical coherence tomography (EB-OCT), and elucidate whether spirometric and IOS parameters have correlation with the airway remodeling of bronchiolitis.
